Lou Sanders has worked as a Technical Development Chemist at Aston Chemicals, since April 2018. She graduated from the University of Southampton with a masters in Chemistry, and won the Hibbott Memorial prize through completing the SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science. Lou is passionate about cosmetics development, and enjoys creating new products and concepts.
