Parking:

There is on-site parking available at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Arrive before 10am and you will receive a full days free parking via a code at the registration desk when collecting your badge.

Visitors arriving after 10am will be charged for parking.
Please ensure you read the signage carefully, as the Arena have changed their parking system to an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) System which records vehicle registrations on entry and exit to the arena.
Failure to register your vehicle will result in you receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

Please note:
Neither Step Exhibitions nor the SCS can be held responsible for any PCNs if the procedure above has not been followed.

Catering:

There is on-site catering at the Coventry Building Society Arena. The catering points can be found within the Exhibition Hall.
Arrive before 10am and receive a complimentary breakfast.

All visitors that collect their visitor badges before 10am will receive a voucher for a complimentary breakfast bap and a hot beverage. You will be able to collect your breakfast bap from the catering point in the exhibition hall.
