ALESSANDRA ADDUCI is graduated in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at University of Milan in Italy, with experience as researcher in cardiovascular unit at IRCCS Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research (Milan). After a training experience as Pharmacist, she joined ROELMI HPC as Product Manager for cosmetic functional ingredients in 2019, collaborating with internal departments from projects take-off till international markets launch. Her goal is to study and develop innovative sustainable alternatives for new cosmetic products in order to achieve a global eco trend that meets the growing demand of the market.
