Entre Mer and Terre was born from an observation: the accumulation of shellfish waste on beaches, from the Jade Coast to the Gulf of Morbihan. An abundant natural mineral resource but invisible to walkers during their winter walks. Nature offered us a 100% natural mineral resource and we considered it a "waste", a nuisance for bathers in summer.
