Rinki Pramanik is a cosmetic scientist, innovation leader and product storyteller with over 16 years of experience across beauty and personal care, including roles with Unilever Prestige, Johnson & Johnson and many private label brands . She has contributed to more than 500 product launches and 100+ manufacturing scale-ups across her career.

A biotechnology engineer by training, Rinki currently leads Innovation & Product Technology at Muscle Doc Ltd and serves on the council of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists UK.

She is also the creator of INCI with Rinki, a science-backed beauty education platform with a community of over 190,000 across social platforms. Through her work as a scientist, speaker and industry writer, Rinki bridges the gap between complex cosmetic science, product innovation and consumer understanding.

Her mission is simple: not to influence consumers, but to empower them through science.
