Raphaël MARMUSE is an EMEA Technical Service Specialist at Stepan Company,
where he supports partners and customers across the region with formulation
expertise and technical guidance. With a background in formulation chemistry,
Raphaël combines scientific knowledge with practical industry insight to help drive
innovation in personal care applications.
After graduating from ITECH engineering school and gaining initial experience in
varnish and coating formulations for packaging applications, Raphaël joined Stepan
Company as a key contributor in the Consumer market including personal care,
detergency, paints and coating, emulsion polymerization, metal working additives and
firefighting. He supports customers by addressing technical and regulatory inquiries,
providing guidance through Salesforce, technical calls and presentations as well as
detailed documentations such as brochures and technical data sheets.
Through his work, Raphaël continues to support the evolution of the surfactants market
by helping professionals create products that meet both consumer expectations and
formulation challenges.

offering practical insights and technical guidance:
Part 1: Shampoos – Covering sulfate-free foamers, additives, blends, color care
solutions and key shampoo claims such as mildness, color retention, hydration and
more.
