Monia Benvegnù, holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Farmacological Technology from University of Padua.

She started her career in the cosmetics industry in Cognis Italy in 2001 as Technical support for Italy and Greece in R&D .

In 2003, Monia started at Laboratoires Serobiologiques, dedicating her time to biological topics, first as Technical Marketing and then, in 2006, as Account Manager for Italy and Greece. After the acquisition by BASF in December 2010, Monia increased her area of business by adding Poland and Eastern Countries to her sales role for Beauty Creations.

In January 2015 she moved to Basf France as Account Manager for Beauty Creations, including the Technical support duty for Southern Europe.

Returned to Italy, since January 2019, she’s Business Development Manager for Beauty Creations for Europe South, UK, and Nordics.
