With over 15 years of experience across global FMCG, pharma, and contract manufacturing, she brings a science‑led and commercially focused approach to product development. Majedeh also has substantial experience in dermatologically focused skincare formulations.

At BWP Labs, she partners with start‑up brand owners, dentists, and dermatologists to deliver bespoke, innovative and evidence‑based oral care and skin health formulations tailored to the needs of emerging markets.
