Lou Graydon has worked in the R&D department at Aston Chemicals since 2018. She graduated from the University of Southampton with a Masters in Chemistry, and won the Hibbott Memorial prize through completing the SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science. Lou has a wealth of knowledge in formulating cosmetic products across all categories, and is passionate about bringing new trends and concepts to life through cosmetic formulations.
