After studying biochemistry at the University of Warwick, Kat began her career in the personal care industry in R&D, working on skincare, toiletries, haircare and suncare for a number of UK brands.

With 12 years of formulating experience, she joined IMCD in 2019 and is now the UK Technical Manager focusing on offering customers project support, training seminars and showcasing new developments.
