Glenn Lyons FIT FRSPH MAE
Glenn qualified from the Institute of Trichologists in 1968 and served as a governor for 10 years. He has been a practising consultant at the Philip Kingsley Clinic since qualifying and is Clinical Director.
He has had clinical research papers published in peer reviewed medical and scientific journals culminating in being awarded a Fellowship of the Institute of Trichologists in 2004. His specialist area has focused on hormone related female hair loss and is recognised nationally and internationally in this subject. In April Glenn received the accolade of International outstanding Trichologist at the Hair Science Award. He is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, and also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health.
Glenn is regularly invited to lecture on hair loss and scalp conditions and has also made numerous TV appearances and is frequently presenting on radio.
Glenn is very proud to be associated with cancer charities and is a consultant for both the Macmillan Cancer Support and to the Toni & Guy Strength & Style Cancer Support Scheme.
His enthusiasm and passion is as strong as ever and he feels he has been very fortunate to work with such wonderful colleagues and staff.
