Flavia, with more than 17 years of experience in beauty market, has recently arrived from Brazil for her current role as Global Head of Packaging Development and Sustainability in TBS. She is responsible for conducting TBS packaging in the challenging journey to deliver performance, beauty and sustainability. She previously led various R&D positions in Natura, the biggest Brazilian Cosmetic Company, across multiple markets in Latin America.
