With over 13 years experience in global beauty retailing, Fiona has previously held senior UK and international buying roles for major retailers including Tesco and Superdug (AS Watson). These roles have only involved a wide range of beauty product categories, with experience of trading and product development in all major buying areas.

In her current role of Director of Projects, at The Red Tree she leads the strategic project function.  This entails working with a wide range of clients and categories from market entry strategies to new product development projects.

Fiona has extensive retail experience across commercial and marketing functions at both strategic and implementation levels.  Fiona contributes to the Cosmetic Business News Trend Report on a monthly basis and has appeared on a National UK Television Programme, providing beauty industry insights on a major high street retailer.
