Natural Spa Factory was founded in 2009 by Emma, who, after being turned down for a role in her husband’s consultancy firm, decided to forge her own path. With no prior experience in the cosmetics industry, she identified a gap in the spa market and set out to support spa businesses.

Now in its 15th year, Emma, alongside her husband Jeremy, has navigated the company through numerous challenges, including recessions, Brexit, Covid-19, supply chain issues due to conflicts, and a skills shortage. All the while, they have managed to balance the demands of running a business with raising their two daughters, Isabella and Daisy.

A strong advocate of teamwork, Emma believes her core team is her most valuable asset. She acknowledges that without their dedication, Natural Spa Factory wouldn’t have grown into a multi-million-pound company, providing products and treatments to over 500 spas.
