Area of expertise: Skincare Formulation Technologies & Performance, New Product Development, Raw Materials, Skin Biology.

Adam is an expert in all things related to skincare product development and has spent his career in Oriflame creating and delivering many of the skincare products that you know and love. He has extensive experience within formulation development and in his almost 20 years in Oriflame, he has been responsible for the delivery of more than 1,500 (and counting….) formulations for new product launches in Skincare and Personal Care. Adam has recently taken on the responsibility for all Cosmetic Technologies, bringing his insight and expertise to Colour Cosmetics and Fragrances as well.

Inspiration: Adam loves being able to develop product solutions that truly deliver what they promise – and that people adore using. He gets inspired by the passion of the Brand Partners and leaders he meets around the world! As it gives him the opportunity to inspire them with the science driving our products and the magic that happens ‘behind the scenes’ in R&D. Away from the lab, Adam enjoys sport, DIY and exploring the great outdoors with his wife and son Finn.
