As a result, hair breakage is one of the top concerns of consumers with this hair type. The question for the cosmetic scientist is, why is this hair type so prone to breakage, and, perhaps more importantly, what can we do about it? This presentation digs into the scientific literature to try to answer these questions and ends by suggesting routes to solving this very stressful problem for consumers.
