Global cruelty free cosmetics

There has always been a demand for cruelty free cosmetics but with the boom in ethical consumerism and knowledgeable shoppers increasingly wanting sustainability and transparency, that demand is growing all the time in both traditional and new markets. This means that suppliers, manufacturers and retailers are needing to step up to the plate. It also means that people want a commitment from brands that goes over and above. This lecture sets out the Leaping Bunny programme and what makes it the globally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free cosmetics. It also touches on the difference that Leaping Bunny brands can make in bringing animal testing for cosmetics and other consumer products to an end around the world.
