Laura Kirkbride is a highly regarded chemist, formulator, and director with over 24 years’ experience working across a wide variety of formulation types and cosmetic chemistry specialisms. As Technical Director at PBS, Laura leads innovative development and oversees top-quality manufacture for private label clients and the wider PBS group, supporting a diverse range of brands and categories. Throughout her career, she’s created award-winning formulations and is passionate about mentoring and education in the industry. A committed member and Past President of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Laura draws on her broad experience to bring a fair and expert perspective to the judging panel.
