Since its founding in 1999, WENEOS has established itself as a vital center of expertise in sun protection evaluation for cosmetics. Our mission is to ensure the safety and effectiveness of sun care products introduced to the market. In recent years, WENEOS has developed numerous testing methods and new technologies (such as robotic spreading, reproducible sandblasted substrates, etc.) aimed at improving the reproducibility and reliability of sun protection evaluation tests. Over the past two years, our R&D studies have also allowed us to offer innovative in vitro methods in our laboratory, such as long UVA protection, sweat resistance, and immediate protection testing.
